Outsider Games is seeking a 3D background modeller to help create amazing worlds for our characters to live and stories to play.
Overview
- JobStart role (see applicant criteria HERE)
- Remote, part time position.
- Hours are flexible, and can be negotiated.
- 6 months minimum wage with holidays
Responsibilities
- Create and manage 3D models
- Interpret concept art to create virtual environment and props
- Iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members
- Create textures and UV maps
- Optimize, refine and correct model geometry
- Work to agreed deadlines
Requirements
- Online portfolio of 3D environmental work
- Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush etc.
- Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
- Good communication skills
- Bonus – Knowledge of Unity SDK
